Lens 1: Evaluating the AI Output

Does the AI's response actually answer your specific prompt? Did it follow all your instructions?
Examine the System
Are you confusing the AI's confident tone with actual credibility? What are its known limitations?

Research the Source
Is the source it cited real or an AI hallucination? Can you find the original, human-authored document?
Investigate the Author & Bias
Who created the original source and why? What is their perspective or potential agenda?
